• Strict Hygiene Standard: Due to the personal nature of hosiery, SOCKS INDIA INC. can only accept returns for socks that are strictly unworn, unwashed, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Timeline: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Quality Assurance: If you receive a manufacturing defect, SOCKS INDIA INC. will provide a full replacement or refund upon verification.
• Refund will be credited withing 7-8 days to the original source o payment method.
• Replacement/Exchanged products will be delivered within 4-5 days.
